Musical Theater Dance - Monday 6pm-7pm

This weekly one hour class specializes in all things dance, specifically when it comes to musical theater. Learn techniques and choreography that will help you with your next Musical Theater audition or production!

Musical Theater Competition Team - Monday 5pm - 9pm

Join our AWARD WINNING competition Theater Team. This is an AUDITION only team with auditions being held in May of each year. Joining the team is a one year commitment. We will travel to competitions as well as other trips throughout the year.

Musical Theater Techniques - Tuesday 5pm -7pm 

This two hour class teaches techniques for all things musical theater including, acting, directing, prop and set construction, costuming and MORE. Each year the older kids in this class will produce and mount a children's show staring the younger kids in the class. 

Acting and Audition Techniques 

Level 1 - Thursday 4pm - 5pm

Level 2 - Thursday 6pm - 7pm

In class, students learn to build their work from the inside out by asking the Who, What, When, Where, Why and How of a character, and learn to seek out the truest expression and life of that person. Uta, Adler, and other schools of acting and drama pedagogy are applied in age-appropriate ways to give students a firm grounding in various disciplines of acting and drama technique.

Kinderdance - Wednesday 4pm - 5pm

Planned, developmentally-designed movement classes (dance, gymnastics, fitness) for children ages 2- 5 years-old. ... The result is a fun, engaging class that builds a strong foundation in dance, fitness and acrobatics, as well as increases confidence, body awareness, and mental development.

Ballet, Tap and Jazz Level 1 - Wednesday 5pm - 6pm

Dancers will enjoy this interactive class that builds on basic movements  but is still appropriate for first-time dancers. Jazz class includes an introduction to proper warm-ups and stretches for the body combined with across-the-floor progressions and mini combinations. The Tap portion of the class will concentrate on building confidence through mastering more difficult patterns and steps. The Ballet portion of class includes an introduction to ballet  and learning more challenging steps.

Directing - Thursday 5pm - 6pm

This class will introduce students to the many responsibilities a stage director needs to be familiar with through a theatrical production process. From working with actors, playwrights, designers, and devisors both on digital and non digital platforms. The course will focus on gaining directorial perspective through a better understanding of the many different processes that artists in their perspective disciplines go through, and giving students the opportunity to experience and give perspective on these processes both as it pertains to theatre before and during this pandemic time.
